Day 4

After breakfast Kim S, Linda and I decided to take the new running shoes we brought with us over to the families across the road from the hotel. Well it was great! To see their excitement to have brand new runners was priceless. One little boy ran away with one shoe so not sure what he will do with it but it was funny. I had met this family before. 

We then started walking back and came across some young families who begged is for money and Kim S asked me if she could and I said yes. Once she opened her bag, people came running and yelling so the father told them all to back off and be respectful because they all stopped. 

We then made our way to Qutab Minar. I really like this monument. Isla was a star attraction. 

Isla and her new friend Priya. She did have shoes but keeping them on her was hard work! Hence why Bronwyn kept putting her on her shoulders. 

We then went to m block market to change some more money and then to n block market to Anohki to purchase our goodies. 

Then we made our way to Sarojini markets! OMG hard work. Every person in Delhi was there. I put Isla in her pram and hoped for the best but thankfully they just moved out of the way. 

Vanessa loved it - it was a highlight to her. Me - get me out. The others - get them out. Thankfully we all made it out alive. 

I laughed so hard on the way back because Kim S has a boy come up to the car with IKEA catalogue and she screamed in delight! What? Then she was offered cotton tea towels and this was her highlight! Funny.
